When registering a pk565 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must notify pk565 promptly of any changes to your registration details. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk565 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All funds deposited into your pk565 account are held separately from pk565 operating funds. pk565 does not pay interest on account balances.

All bets placed on the pk565 platform — including sports betting markets (cricket, PSL, UFC, kabaddi, football), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), and slot games — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and binding once pk565 displays a confirmed bet receipt with a unique bet reference number. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may vary by market, event, and account status.
• Void Bets: pk565 reserves the right to void bets in the event of pricing errors, data feed errors, technical malfunction, or match abandonment, in accordance with the specific sport's governing rules.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to live data verification. There may be a short delay between a real-world event and odds updates on the platform. pk565 is not liable for bets placed based on events that have already occurred but whose outcome has not yet been reflected in the live feed.
• PSL and Cricket Markets: PSL and international cricket betting markets are settled according to the official results declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches are treated as void unless a result has been declared by the governing body.
• Casino Games: The outcome of all pk565 casino games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are final once a game round is completed and cannot be reversed.

pk565 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In addition, the following general bonus terms apply to all pk565 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met in full.

• Expiry: Bonuses expire as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus credits and associated wagering progress are forfeited without exception.
• USDT Bonuses: Crypto bonus amounts credited in USDT are converted to your account currency at the prevailing rate at the time of crediting. Exchange rate fluctuations do not affect the PKR value once credited.

pk565 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion at the time of cancellation will not be affected retroactively.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk565 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using pk565 for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to defraud pk565 or other users through any means, including collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.

• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes on the platform for financial gain.

• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward pk565 staff.

All content on the pk565 platform — including but not limited to the pk565 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk565 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use pk565 solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pk565 content.
• Use pk565 branding or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the pk565 platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any pk565 software or application.

Any unauthorised use of pk565 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.

pk565 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By using pk565, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk565 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies strictly as required to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations. All data handling practices adhere to applicable data protection standards.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk565 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the pk565 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond pk565's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the pk565 platform, including odds, scores, and statistics.
• Actions of third-party payment processors including processing delays, rejections, or fees.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits pk565's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. pk565's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk565 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to pass KYC or age verification requirements.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by you against pk565.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in the dormancy policy.
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus credits and associated wagering progress will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances remaining after the deduction of any amounts owed to pk565 will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.

You may close your pk565 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Self-exclusion options are available directly from your account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation.
